FRG Ministry is a registered charity in both Australia and the US (501c3). Donations are tax-deductible for those living in the US. We are a religious charity with a board of trustees.

hearts for God and are keen to work together to share His Word.
Our team is made up of dedicated staff, volunteers, musicians and regular outsourced contributors, who share their gifts and talents to bring the love of Jesus to the world through our many outreach ministries.
Fr Rob Galea
Priest and Executive Director of ICON Ministry
Fr Rob Galea is older than he looks, smarter than he sounds, and possibly one of the biggest introverts you will ever meet. In spite of this, his purpose will inspire you, his passion will quicken you and his love for Jesus will captivate you. Fr Rob is an evangelist at heart and uses all he has and does to let anyone who would listen know their worth, dignity and purpose in life. Apart from all this honourable stuff, Fr Rob is also a gym junkie and has a dog named Cooper, which he believes is cuter than your dog. Oh, and he has also written a book!
Jason Giuliani
Director of Mission and Strategy
Jason brings over 18 years of experience in Catholic education and ministry, having served as a Religious Education Leader, Youth Ministry Leader, Music Ministry Leader, and Deputy Principal leading Catholic Identity. A long-time collaborator with Fr Rob Galea, he blends a strong leadership background with a heart for mission and a deep love of music.
As Director of Mission and Strategy at ICON, Jason leads the ministry’s strategic direction and evangelisation efforts. He also serves as a parish musician in Shepparton and regularly performs with Fr Rob both nationally and internationally. Based between Shepparton and Melbourne, Jason is passionate about leadership, culture-building, and using creative tools to make Jesus known and loved. He feels deeply blessed to share this mission with his wife Katrina and their daughters, Lily and Sienna.

Mark DeMicoli
Director of Strategic Partnerships US
Mark is the ICON Ministry Director of Strategic Partnership in the US. He grew up in Malta and went to the same youth group as Fr Rob. This is where they both shared a love of worship and service. Mark previously worked as a Director in his family’s highly respected Spinola Park group before moving to the US with his wife and 6 children. Mark is busy in his home life and community as well as working with ICON Ministry to build development opportunities across the US.

Janine Langeluddecke
Fr Rob Galea Executive Assistant, Merchandise
Janine works as Fr Rob’s Personal Assistant attempting to achieve a balance in Fr Rob’s crazy work schedule. Having over 20 years of administration experience and a Science Degree from Charles Sturt University, Janine began working alongside Fr Rob in 2015 and hasn’t touched the ground since. Raised a Catholic in South Australia, Janine is involved in the Sandhurst Diocese largely as a parent of three beautiful children which she claims as her greatest achievement. In her spare time, you will find Janine actively enjoying the outdoors, rain, hail or shine, and planning the next family adventure with her dogs that she believes are just as cute as Cooper.

Carol O’Reilly
ICON Ministry Administration Coordinator, Company Secretary, Ministry Partners, Donors and Prayer Requests
Carol is a super organiser; fundraisers, events and loves to travel. She saves her singing for Mass and is absolutely no match for the musical talent in the ICON team. Carol was raised an Anglican before marrying her Catholic husband Tom a very long time ago. She has often experienced God in her life and has a deep faith. In 2015 she converted to Catholicism after a life-changing event brought her even closer to God through Fr Rob. She is passionate about supporting ICON Ministry to reach out and share the hope, joy & love found in worship. In her previous job Carol has been a coordinator of people to support the vulnerable in her community of Shepparton for over 18 years. Her first role was mum to five amazing children who are now all incredible adults. The loves of her life are her gorgeous grandchildren, her handsome husband, and travelling to the Mediterranean.

Alyssa Agius
Outreach Programs Coordinator, Encounter Courses, Podcast Co-Host, Vocals/Keys
Alyssa loves to sing! After establishing a Top 40 cover act with her now-husband Daniel straight out of high school, she has been working as a full-time musician performing at venues and events all over the world for the past 10 years. Before that, she studied a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University, followed by a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) at Australian Catholic University. Her Catholic faith is the most important part of her life and she has been blessed to have been able to combine her love of music and her faith by singing at events and pilgrimages all over the world. After joining the Catholic Influencers Podcast as a co-host in 2020, she joined the ICON Ministry Team in 2021 and heads the podcasts and courses ministries. In her spare time (which there isn’t much of!), Alyssa loves spending time with sweet baby Julian, food, fitness, reading, and good conversations with friends.

Augie Angrisano
Outreach Content Creator, Podcast Co-Host
Augie is songwriter, performer, and spoken word artist who aims to create high quality content for the Most High. Born in the U.S., Augie moved to Australia in 2017 and has since collaborated with ICON Ministry on multiple occasions. He is married and dad to three of the cutest kids. Augie is a great asset to the ICON Ministry family!

Josh Alegre
Media and Creative, The Warehouse
Josh is the team's resident accident prone-thrill seeker who should be bubble wrapped at all times. Josh studied Media and Communications at Swinburne, Melbourne. When he is not filming, editing or managing The Warehouse studio, he spends a lot of his free time rock climbing competitively. He also loves hiking and camping in his 4 Wheel Drive named Pumba, working in his family's food truck, going to gigs or visiting the bakeries of small country towns. Josh has been involved in youth ministry since 2015, using his gifts in media and content creation to give glory to God.

Kryz Wangsawidjaja
Social Media Manager
Meet Kryz, who hails from Indonesia. He's a fantastic asset to ICON Ministry, managing the social media accounts. Kryz is incredibly grateful for the chance to spread God's love and hope through the digital space. When he's not busy crafting and editing content for our audience, Kryz enjoys playing video games, reading, working out, and looking after his three tarantulas, which he insists are just as loveable as any dog.
Right now, Kryz is focused on beating MetaSaint in under 1 hour, which is going pretty well, and he's also working on surpassing Fr. Rob's bench press personal record, although that's proving to be more of a challenge.

Ryan D’souza
Video Editor
Ryan is a professional cinematographer and photographer based in Goa, India. He began his career in 2012, working with numerous artists across India. In 2016, Ryan founded Mountain Top Motion Pictures, specialising in event photography and videography.
He has great admiration for Fr. Rob Galea's preaching and had prayed to be able to work with him some time. Ryan was given the opportunity to cover Fr Rob’s concert in Goa in 2023. Since then, he has been assisting with video editing for ICON Ministry. Ryan has also collaborated with the Divine Retreat Centre, Kerala, and served as a photographer for Don Bosco and the Jesuits in Goa. In his leisure time, Ryan enjoys traveling with his wife and sons.

Elissa Evanti
Social Media Design
Elissa lives in Indonesia and works in her city as a doctor. She is also committed to assisting in her local parish. Her journey with ICON Ministry began as a ministry partner and now she is a creator in our social media team, using her talents and creativity to share the love of Jesus through the digital world. Elissa feels forever grateful for the opportunity to serve God through ICON Ministry.

Phill Brake
Special Project Coordinator (MetaSaint)
Phill loves Jesus, life, family, friends, people, and the church. He has been a physiotherapist, personal trainer, youth pastor, corporate and events speaker, funeral celebrant, associate pastor, and church founder and a Senior Pastor for 16 years. In late 2023, Phill became the Special Project Coordinator at ICON Ministry, overseeing MetaSaint on a casual basis.
He has been married to Nat for over 28 years, they have two young adult daughters. Phill enjoys surfing, running, gym, sports, good food, and coffee. Passionate about helping people discover their purpose and fostering encounters with Jesus Christ, his speaking style is engaging, humorous, and thought-provoking.

About the Board
FRG Ministry Australia and FRG Ministry International Inc. each operate under the direction of an Advisory Board of Directors. The Directors provide invaluable guidance and advice to ensure FRG Ministry meets all required compliances. ICON Ministry is the outreach entity of FRG Ministry.
